😂

And it's BRITISHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH made. I've been waiting for this for donkeys, got good reviews from festivals last year.

It's a different story to District 9... it's more Cloverfield/The Mist than District 9.

Looks interesting. Yes, there's similarities to District 9, but that can only be a good thing imo.

Infected zone in Mexico? They must've came up with that idea eversince they heard about the swine flu epidemic going on over there.

It doesn't resemble District 9, at all.

More like a zombie apocalypse horror film meets a Jurassic Park movie.

I don't think it is going to be any good.

you don't see the similarities?

i dont 😐 aside from there being a "quarantine zone". thats hardly "district 9-esque" though

Its District 9 with a zombie/monster feel.

how? what are the specific "district 9 themes" that make this movie so comparable?

Oh, I dunno....the whole no monsters allowed signs for starters, the look of the quarantine zone, the filming is almost the same.

District 9 wasn't exactly original in those elements either. But anyway, as long as it's good, who cares if it's 'like District 9'.

More like the "District 9" genre. It's not similar, and yet it has that certain sense of realism to it. I'm definitely not complaining, considering "District 9" is one of the best science fiction movies I've seen in years, if not ever.

Yeah, its not close to D9, its has very little traces of it and Cloverfield. This move sucks and is very slow, dragging boring.

Spoiler:
its just two people trying to travel from Mexico to the USA and you only see the monster once maybe twice, thats it.
