Im leaning toward thor becuase he pull off the whole background rain + lightning strikes while he looks pissed

Thor. By a mile.

Thor can summon thunderstorms and sh*t when he's pissed. He usually has the most potential for awesomeness.

KC superman looked pretty cool when pissed off, but I'm going with the Hulk actually. He evokes the idea of justified anger better IMO.

As a general rule manga characters usually look the coolest when angry, the style emphasizes the emotions expressed by the face.

Thor and Wondey definitely give the best lines.

I don't really think we should take into account how often a character is pissed. I think an objective test would be to take 3-4 angry stills of a character, show them to a non-comic fan, and ask them who looks the most badass.

Superman wears underwear on the outside. He's not winning that test. Given the criteria I listed, Hulk would actually probably come out on top more often than not. I'll stick with Thor. He poses well, has a cape for emphasis, doesn't wear underwear on the outside (pr), and has the aforementioned weather affects to help the aura.
