Out of the list I say it goes between Surfer or Thor.
To me you may think a character looks cooler then another but this seems more about who looks more badass when upset. So that means to me the character needs to be able to show those emotions of when upset.
Superman does have the glowing eyes which are sweet but so do Thor and the Surfer.
But those two also can do a lot more to up there showcase for being badass. Energy auras, lightning storms, they can definitely do a lot more things to showoff then Superman.
As for personal preference I'm gonna go with Thor mostly because when he gets pissed everything lights up: him, the environment, and normally his foes to 😛
The one image in my head that really tilts it for me is the one where he is confronting Ironman just after being revived:
Especially the last one. I just have a feeling that Ironman shit himself at that moment.
Edit: Between SS, Thor, GL. GL can make some sweet badass looking energy constructs if mad.
