People are just gonna debate about how the strongest character you named is going to defeat them, instead of talking about all of them.

Pein, from "Naruto" vs. Iron Man, Spider-man & Batman.
-Batman (Bruce) gets the Batman Beyond suit
-Spidey gets Symbiot
-Pein is healthy
-Fight takes place in on the lava giant map (Unreal Tournament - no weapons)
