I'd like to veto the Neo match. Personally I think its too difficult to really peg Neo's power and either Superman will stomp Neo (due to a lack of Herald feats) or Neo will stomp Superman (if we're to accept the implication that he was theoretically nigh-Omnipotent in the Matrix)
A full potential neo in the matrix(using implied powers)would own superman.Using feats he would get owned.

By the second film Neo had grown exponentially in ability and made all of the Agents, including the upgraded Agents, look like chumps. Those same Agents nearly killed Morpheus and Trinity who are both themselves at least Elite Street to Low Meta. It wasn't that Smith had gotten weaker, it was that Neo had surpassed his capabilities. Morpheus explained as much in the first film.
