Reed was able to create a device to remove the skrull tech because he was the one that designed it in the first place. Can god create a stone even he cannot move... Kind of comment...

And yes reed does have amazing feats like the alien being and recreation of the universe based upon reeds knowledge of it... Creating math to determine the path of the future.. Etc... But most of that is sitting in a lab suddenly coming across the answer kind of genius... Cho fighting by deciphering physics as he goes or Bruce throwing together a teleporter in minutes with random warp tech he had available... That requires a different type of genius...

I mean overall reed wins and doom a close second with thanos thrown in... But if you remove the obvious three I'll go with Bruce banner...

Doom is awesome but, it occurs to me that for all his intellect he can't seem to sort out his childish temper and inferiority complex viz Richards.

This I think proves that Reed is the smarter of the two. That said, Banner pawned them all!
