Mundus vs Odin will be shitshtom in favour of Odin, due to a)lack of feats; b)Mundus was more about political manipulation (in demonish sence of the word) than actually getting his hands dirty... manipulating idiots or over-the-top egos, using his pawns. That's why he was able to rule over folks that have more raw power than him.
I see Mundus more of a match for DC Neron (and even there he loses due to being relatevely featless).

Dooku might be the most appropriate match. He lacks the crazy high end feats of guys like Sidious but he's more than just a glorified sword-dancer like Maul.
