this cutscene is a alternate ending, a bad ending where Saiki said they can rewind the time.
Saiki doesn't need the Gate to control the Time, the gate is here ( thanks to all energy gathered) to go back in a Time where "TFTP" has been defeated eraticated by elisabeth's ancestors.
