I thought that because of his technique, and speed. That's at least what I've read in his first appearances in the origins books.

No, pheremones make people think he's got superspeed or can teleport. He flat out says to Wolverine I think that he doesn't do any of that, his pheremones trick pepole.

^ I was under the impression that it was just Daken's technique that permitted him to do that.

And Cap punked Starfox while under the influence of his powers. Don't see Cap having a problem with Daken's.

Not directly disagreeing but Daken already influenced succesfully Ares, Skaar, Cyber, Spider-man, Venom, Bullseye whenever he used them he succeeded. I personally think they would work on Rogers.

^ You could run off the names of people Starfox successfully influenced also. I can only recall one other character who brushed off his Eternal powers, Thanos w/ IG.

Daken did say when using pheromones that those who are weak will break. He also says that he simply stands where his opponent isn't looking, I think Romulus taught this to him.
