Assuming no outside influences (Magical Gauntlets/Belts, "Warrior's Rage", The Loeb Force, etc.,), I can't agree with that statement; Thor generally is stronger than Diana (though not by any major degree, only perhaps as much as Superman -- generally speaking -- is stronger than her, and certainly not to the degree that Thor fanbois, like Quan, make it to be). I could go with the idea of Thor being stronger than PG, just as I could, say, give Marvel Herc the benefit of the doubt, that he *also* is (very modestly) stronger than her (not that I would *actually* say that, as such, but just for the sake of discussion). The difference in their strength is not the significant factor, but rather PG's greater variety of powers *backing* her comparable strength, and her superior speed. That's the more accurate -- as well as median -- take on the situation.

and being considered by wonderwoman as skilled is the be all end all and automatically puts her above Herc? poor reasoning.
for example, Ryu in SF3 was considered by Oro as powerful and skilled, then Oro proceeded to beat Ryu.
