Well, the point was for it to be Team Avatar vs. The Xmen. I added Iroh because he was more protagonist than antagonist for a majority of his showings, even mentoring Toph. I suppose adding Ty Lee would be fine since in the end she joined the Kyoshi Warriors.
So it'll be:
Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph, Suki, Zuko, Iroh, & Ty Lee
Vs.
Cyclops, Beast, Archangel, Wolverine, Storm, Rockslide

cyke would probably get into a shooting competition with someone other than toph, toph would go for wolvie.
archangel could be super heated or choked out
storm would have to contend with aang.
bumi *would* be a great addition, but aside from the fact that he can earthbend with his face, most of his power is implied
