Resident Evil 6

I'm doubting Capcom would be this smart but what if Resident Evil 6 is seperated into two different genres? On Leon's side, it's survival horror for as you saw in the trailers, he's mostly in really dark areas with zombies and other creatures while on Chris' side, you see him gunning armed terrorists and crap. Perhaps Capcom's planning to appease both fans and people who just like to see stuff go boom. While I think the whole thing should be survival horror, it's still a start if it happens. But if that's true, then where would Wesker's kid fit into all this since he's the third character you play as? That sure throws a wrench in my theory.

You doubt Capcom would be that smart? That's exactly what they did for RE: Revelations. Jill's side was slow and suspenseful and full of puzzles, while Chris' side was more action-shooting.

Forgive me if I don't have a 3DS. Haven't exactly played it yet and I tend to keep from knowing spoilers to a minimum. With what's been going on lately with the RE games on console, I thought they were failing for awhile as they tried impressing us westerns for we all just love things looking like Call of Duty don't we?

Alot people that i've seen have been saying Wesker's son idea is a cliche.

Sort of agree. Should have left anything Wesker related alone for at least 1 game, but I guess it can't be helped since he was such an important char.

Maybe it isn't Wesker's son per say but a clone. I just don't know who, besides Excella, would want to sleep with the guy. I would probably laugh if Ada Wong were the mother. Poor Leon would flip.

Since this game has co-op, we should control Leon and Chris when they fight eachother. If that happens, RE6 should be GOTY.

I'm also thinking the clone route too for the game.

My only real complaint at the moment is the price of this shit. Anything else they end up doing with RE6 is forgivable in comparison.
