This is what everyone fail to realize... this statement right here. Wonder Woman gets THRASHED when she is facing speedsters but when she land that lucky lick (that she times) people consider her light speed. Thats RIDICULOUS. Thor tagging speedsters doesnt mean that he can keep up with Flash or is faster than Supes. Thanos tagging speedster doesnt mean that he has light speed reflexes. Wolverine tagging quicksilver doesnt mean that he is mach 10... Wolverine stabbing Mimic a couple of times doesnt mean that he has 93000 mps reaction speed.
These arguments that you all use are hilarious and I think you all should think a little more on your scans before presenting them.
So what combat feat do count Carver? Your method is that because low showings exist that no combat feats count. How convenient for you you. Jubilee tagging Northstar is beyond her usual showings so it's SMvs FL, Wonder woman has repeatedly shown that she has superspeed and that she can tag people with super speed.

Show her continously fighting in the fashion that Bleach, DBZ characters, etc... fighting in or Flash or Quicksilver. I know she have amazing reflexes... I never said she was slow but she doesnt go around fighting like Flash, Ichigo, or Goku. She time her attacks.
