ok, now that more people have hopefully seen it, ill nominate it:Machete
from Machete vs Punisherboth have standard equipment
fight takes place in an abandoned warehouse
i think this is a good matchup because machete has great damage soak and killing skill

Only carver actually accepts that.Either that is roshis absolute highest feat or like I have said before DBZ moons have extremely low durability.
Or Roshi could simply be that powerful.

This is probably accurate.Considering their blasts can't travel 100 ft in 5 secs on earth but make it to the moon in 3 seconds. And if roshi destroyed it...what did piccolo destroy in DBZ?
Where does the "100 feet in 5 seconds" come from?
And Piccolo did destroy the moon too, but I think that might be filler.
Pretty much every arc in Z that involved Earth had an "Oh no, he'll wipe out the planet" moment though, starting with Vegeta, and we know Piccolo surpasses the level 'Geta had at the time, not to mention Freeza's.

Don't believe the wish includes anyone on it.At least, it didn't when they wished Earth back in the Buu saga. But then, almost everyone was killed before Earth was destroyed.
It wasn't a wish, just Kamisama remaking the moon. The rabbit boss died because Roshi is a cold-blooded murderer.

The Kami has the power to remake the moon and to make a dragon capable of decent levels of planetary reality warping (both of these things outshining pretty much any feat pre Frieza saga) and yet has a power level of around 200 is just an example of why power levels aren't always the best indicator of true power.
Yeah, Shinron himself is probably higher that many characters he cannot kill.

"Who dares to summon the Eterna-- Oh, it's you assholes again. Can't anyone else ever find the Dragon Balls?"
Then when they tell him about the Saiyans and how they need Goku back to fight them he points out that there's an easier way. They could just ask him to divert the Saiyans into the path of a deadly asteroid field. Roshi of course ignores that suggestion and asks again to resurrect Goku.
