Tanic shrugs.

"Sounds about right to me."

Rianna sighs.

"Not really what I was looking forward to, but then again, none of this was...sometimes I think I never should have..." she stops before continuing that thought. "Never mind."

"Never should have left?" Tanic asks.

"Yeah...not sure it was the right decision sometimes. But there's no way to go back now."

"I'm in the same ship there," Tanic says. You note bitterness. "But I had no choice. What's done is done."

"Indeed..."

Rianna would also like to talk to Gallador. She is intensely curious about him.

Gallador is idly chatting with a Mecrossan when approach.

"I saw you talking with our fearful friend there," Gallador says. "Former Jedi, all of us."

"Fearful? And yes, I noticed that we're all former Jedi. Rather odd," she says. "Now, I'm a bit sick of all of the diplomatic talk so I'm going to be straight to the point. Just who are you, and how do you know about my dreams?"

"You know who I am. Gallador Enkidu, at your service. I sometimes go by Melkor, if you'd prefer it. I am a Dark Jedi and I know about your dreams for I have had the same ones."

"Knowing your name doesn't tell me anything. Why are you here with Rand? Why did you help me after he nearly killed me? And how is it that you've had the same dreams I've had, when all I've remembered are very small bits of them?"

"Master Rand acted without control. He and I know full well what potential you have, and you cannot fulfill that potential when dead. As for your visions... I've blocked them."

"He's never been very good at controlling himself, I've noticed...and just what potential could that possibly be?" Rianna snaps. She's surprised at his answer to her last question, though. "Blocked...how could you block a vision?"

"The Dark Side clouds everything," Gallador says, smiling. "I could tell you what the vision is..."

"And how would I know that what you are telling me is the truth? Why block it in the first place?"

"I do not do so actively," Gallador says. "Those strong in the Dark Side can remove themselves and others from the premonitions of the Jedi. I have practiced long and have gained much insight on such abilities. However, if one's connection to the Dark Side adept is strong enough, small bits and dark emotions can be glimpsed..."

You do feel a great deal of hatred and arrogance when you see that snippet of a vision of you in the red cloak.

Rianna shudders slightly thinking about that.

"What do you mean, connection? And fine, then, what is it that you see that has been hidden from me?"

Gallador laughs.

"Why give you that knowledge?" Gallador asks. "I can use it as leverage. You can figure out who you have a connection with very easily."

"Rand..." Rianna hisses, glaring over at wherever he is. "I don't want anything to do with him, let alone any sort of connection...and I will not give in to the Dark Side..."

"Not just Rand," Gallador hints. "But you have a connection to Rand already. It is too late for that. You fear him. I sense it clearly. And you know how the saying goes..."

"What do you mean, not just Rand? And I know the saying all too well. That doesn't mean I'm going to just give in..."
