Sex in games isn't unusual and by itself isn't enough to warrant stronger than an M rating most of the time. The problem with Hot Coffee, which got GTA: SA rerated as AO, was that it was a pornographic sex minigame. Sex doesn't necessarily mean porn, and when it's the latter is when it earns the AO.
However, yes, I do agree in general that I find it ridiculous that people are find with ridiculous amounts of blood, gore, and violence, but anything sexual is bad and horrible and shameful.
Wasn't Hot Coffee a hidden feature that had to be unlocked, and not part of the regular story?

Can we get off the penis please and oh Nemsis grow up. Now back on the original topic like Peach and I said. You just can't sell those games. Though to be fair there were only like 23 AO games to date and some of them where remade for an M rating.
There had been screw ups with the ratings before such as Elder scrolls IV was originally supposed to get a T rating but just because of its mods it got M rating. Following that logic the mods of the game, The Sims 2&3 also contain sexual content which means it should received AO( I did recall a sex mod). and that seems to contradict as ESRB isn't supposed to rate on online content as it is unofficial to the game.

I don't mind seeing my own but seeing other's dongols makes things feel awkward. A naked guy is something I don't want to see. A naked woman however is something I don't mind looking at.
