Plus, it's a computer game.

You think Blood II would have been unaltered on the consoles, considering a major game mechanic is walking up to npc's begging for their lives and ripping out their hearts for sustenance?

Even Duke Nukem 3d couldn't survive the transition unaltered, and you see racier stuff on network TV..

now i really want to play black and white....i have the second, but it wasn't as good as the first imo

They scream for help while weakly struggling to keep afloat, until they finally run out of strength and go under. The thrashing continues as they try to reach the surface but....just.....can't.....manage. Eventually the water stills and you are allowed a hearty lol.
