Ricardo kept his eyes away from Jade right when he picked up on something very interesting. The other telepaths are incapable of reading an unfamiliar mind, but Ricardo specialized this ability for years and to this day practices on the people he has met. He looked away from Jade and began reading her conscious, translating these thought signals into actual words. He picked up on an obscure voice from...another being within the obscure dialogue between Jade and whoever this individual could be that seems to be telling each other something. the only things she can hear were outer realm thoughts. He remained dazed as Janet walked into the class and went over the usual first day procedure.

(i'm going to speed this up since Big O and Venomancer aren't around to control Janet)

The class lasted an hour. Once dismissed, Ricardo followed the students out of the classroom as Ricardo remained in thought of what he has just heard and tried to make sense of it. He walked slowly enough for Jade to catch up. He checked his watch and noticed the 2o minute spacing in between this dismissal and his next class. He was getting pretty hungry as well. He pulled out his wallet and checked the amount he carried in order to see what he can get with...4 dollars?

Picking up her information both new and old from the table, Jade quickly stands up and rushes out of the classroom after everyone has been dismissed. She catches up with Ricardo at a jogging pace and then begins to walk the same pace as him. "I have $15 left on me," she says to Ricardo. "Need some financial assistance?"

Ricardo couldn't resist something anyone would insist on giving. He wanted to be a bit considerate but sighed the pride away and just looked at her with a guilty smile. "Please?" Ricardo asked softly and chuckled a bit.

Jade closes her eyes with a happy appearance from her being acknowledged of being helpful. She offers any amount if not all of the money that she has with her to Ricardo, nodding that it is okay for him to take it as she wants to be helpful.

"I'm not really rich, nor am I poor though" she says with a bit of happiness in the thought. "I had a job before I moved here and sense I didn't really do much, I saved up all the money".

Ricardo slowly took three dollars and looked at it with a sigh as he stuffs it in his wallet, closes it and puts it in his back pocket. He held onto the strap of his messenger bag and paused before asking "What are you about to do now?" Ricardo asked, wondering if he will be having lunch with someone or on his own to carry on with his business. Either way was fine with him.

"Well I have an advanced class next, so I might want to get there early..." Jade looks back at Ricardo with a slightly disappointed look. "But until then I'm free I suppose." She continues questioning her own mind, unable to think clearly due to what the large shadowy figure in her vision had told her. A Destiny...? Jade perishes the thought from her mind and tries to think of something more relaxing to her.

Ricardo nodded "Well, I wouldn't want to get in the way of your plans." Ricardo turned behind him and then back to Jade. "I'm just gonna go to the cafeteria. Haven't eaten anything all day and all last night." Ricardo said as he signaled his hunger by placing his hand over his stomach and giving a somewhat discomforted look. "So, will you be going now?"

Jade turns a bit red for a second then shuts her eyes again in a happy way and places her hand to the scarf over her face, letting out a light giggle from the comical reaction. "Oh, I should probably get going. I have to... take care of something before class". She steps back away from Ricardo, not in a threatened way but in a way motioning that she is leaving, "But I will see you later".

Jade nods to him and turns again, walking away from him after waving goodbye, then heading back to her room (a bit secretively).

"Very well. Then i'll see you tomorrow. Take care. And thanks for the help." Ricardo said before she had a chance to turn away. He turned to the direction of the cafeteria as he was in between students who were leaving their classes as well. He was a bit bummed that he had to quickly finish his lunch before class began and not take it to his room and relax. He had a bunch of other classes to attend to and he promised himself that he would not skip any of them. He was not going to break that promise to himself now. He continued down the hall and into the caf where hundreds of students sat in tables spread across such a giant room. So many conversations at once...Ricardo began to wonder how many of these students are supposed to be in class. He got in line, picked out his order from this morning, payed, and made his way to a half empty table as he placed his plate onto the edge and sat down, looking down at his cheese steak sandwich. His mouth watered by looking at it and could not wait to down it with some VW. He takes out a text book to his next class, opens it and began reading while enjoying his food.

Harkin glared at the cat. "You my dear need to be broken and collared like all the other ferals I came across. You think the world should hand you a bowl of cream when ever you enter the room. The Cats of Tellufinny were the same way.. We used them as servants." She picked dirt out from under her nails. "They were nothing more then thieves and snotty brats." She eyed the kitten. "Ill be seeing you soon." She turned to leave the court yard.

Vixen figured class was over. So she got up and went to get somehing to eat.

The sound of rhythmic breathing, the thump of footfalls, the feel of air rushing past. Eric had always enjoyed cardiovasular exercises, and jogging for miles, whether straight on or on a track, was something he could always lose himself in. It could give him time to think, but with the memories his mind housed, it would only serve to distract from his routine. So he lived in the moment, hearing and feeling, smelling, touching, tasting, his senses filling him with countless sensations with which to distract him. The burn of his muscles as they slowly broke down to be rebuilt tougher than before, the sound of his heartbeat, thumping rapidly in his ears, so fast it could be mistaken for two heartbeats; the cool of the sweat as it escaped from his pores. He lived like this for miles on end, not stopping until he threatened to collapse. Then he slowed his pace, and walked for a mile more while his body recovered.

By the time he'd reached the locker, he felt good as new, as though he'd spent days letting his muscles heal. It had always been that way, really. Workout and feel the results the day of. The boy immortal never understood why, but didn't really mind the lack of day long soreness. He moved quickly, showering to remove the minute layers of dust he collected from the jog, and slipping into his usual short and shirt apparel. He sat down for small breakfast of bread, cheese, and a cup of juice before heading into the school. It was the first day of classes, and it passed by surprisingly well, and quickly. Before he knew it, he was in the cafeteria for lunch with other students. He slipped into the line casually and waited for his chance to be served.

I hope the rest of the day will go as smooth, Eric thought to himself as he carried his meal to a far corner, settling in with himself and his food to eat in solitude.

Zero Sat back on the trunk of the tree, she looked up through the branches to see the sky. "I was broken and collared before, but never again, I rather die in the most painful way then to go back to how things were," she said to herself remembering the horrible experiments she had to survive through and all the pain that surviving awarded her with. Zero closed her eyes, she had some time before her next class begun, the morning classes when by quickly and she only had two more to go.

Avani smiled at Hitosu "yeah it seems strange, maybe class was cancel so I think I'm going to start out to my next class. See ya later, k" Avani lift with a wave. "

A few classes later it was lunch time and she was happy to because her stomach was growling. The water binder stood behind a very cute boy with a patch on his forehead. A few minutes later it was her turn to pay for her sandwich and juice, she pulled out her cash from her bag and paid them. She entered the area with the tables and looked for somewhere to sit, she spotted Eric in the back corner, she walked over to him, "Hey do you mind if I sit here? I don't know anyone yet and you are my only friend so far. Well at least...I hope were friends...Its ok if you don't want to be friends and don't want me to sit with you..." Avani face was hot with embarrassment, she didn't want to bother Eric but she really wanted to get to know him.

Combat class went pretty quick along with her other classes before she knew it she was done with them until Harkins class later. She walked to James's class hoping he was there and not goofing off with Harkin. Sam stopped at his door and knocked before opening it, "Uh...dad?" she said hesitating for a second, it was still kinda weird calling James dad. He was only around ten years older then her so it was really awkawrd but Harkin explained how on their home world time moved faster then earth and she had lived there for a few years. The whole situation made her head hurt so she tried not to think about it. "Hey dad, are you in here?" she asked again.

"come in!" james shouted from his desk inside and put down the book he was reading.
Weston finally ran into Vixen a little bit down the hall from James' classroom,
"vixen, baby there you are," he called to her and sprint a bit to catch up to her

Pryce sidled quietly into the cafeteria, though the effect was slightly spoiled by Bennu standing next to him, giving off a soft glow. To vent excess energy, she'd said dismissively, even though she was already holding Pryce's hand. Pryce knew that she also thought it was a great conversation starter, but he'd never risk saying it out loud. The day had so far been uneventful, besides the little incident earlier, though he was glad no one had noticed. No one seemed to notice the little out of the ordinary things around here.

The two sat down at a random table with a few, but not too many, students there and Bennu proceeded to introduce them. "Hi there," she began, "My name's Bennu, and this is Pryce. We're new students here." Pryce noted that she had not yet stopped glowing, and but the look of it she did not intend to. "Are there any veterans here who have any tips?" They hadn't gotten their food yet, though Pryce wasn't very hungry and Bennu never seemed to eat much, if at all. He just sat quietly while Bennu attempted to socialize.

Hitosu headed down to his class at Ms Harkin he went down to another classroom to see other students working on their powers "It seems new students and new powers are awesome I never seen any of these students I better get my class my teacher will kill me" He made it to Harkin's Class He looked at the lady as she seemed familiar then it hit him "Your Harkin-Sensei but aren't you Sam's Mom"

So much for that, Eric thought to himself as Avani stepped over to his table. It was clear the girl had become attached to him for whatever reason, which meant he would have to find a way to get her attention away from him. The boy immortal scanned the room for something he could use as a distraction, and locked eyes with Pryce. They were similar in attitude, but it was Bennu who seemed like she would be most able to mediate the situation, glowing and socializing as she was. Eric stood up and looked Avani, saying quietly, "I have a better idea. Follow me."

Leaving his tray where it was, he walked over to the table where the glowing girl and her partner were residing and called out casually, "Bennu, hey! There's someone I'd like you to meet."

Ricardo began to concentrate on his curiosity away from his future classes and on to Jade's mental dialogue the with another individual. He was a bit puzzled as to why he could not translate anything being said within that conversation. At first, Ricardo analyzed the quality and it seemed as if though there must have been some type of interference...or the unfamiliarity with EMI caused the encryption to succeed against his reading. however, he was able to read her final thought...."So that's how they want to play it. Well, too bad I'm not one for listening.". Ricardo sat there on his table as he rubbed his chin with an analytical look on his face, trying to make an educated judgment about Jade before locking the wrong impression of her...but if he did not figure this out now, he would see Jade as a suspicious individual. Could there be someone else in this building who possesses EMI abilities that she has met? Maybe...But this was far out of his reach. He found the ability pretty interesting. Or...Could it be the voice of a guide or mentor? Possibly.

Ricardo shook his head and starred at his watch, realizing that he had three minutes left to get to class before it would begin. He quickly got up, picked up his tray and bottle, approached a trash can, and threw the waste in there as he turns away, picks up his text book and made his way out of the cafeteria. On his way to the class, his thought were now switched to the rest of his classes and how awesome it would feel going back to his room and falling into his bed into a fitful sleep. He just hoped there wasn't too much homework.

For a long time Jade had sat in her room alone. She was on the floor with her legs crossed and her arms laying just over her legs, though her palms are turned up with a glowing azure sphere floating in front of her. She was attempting to understand the concept of her being at this school. Why was she here? She could not understand the reason that 'they' had sent her to such a place when she could not have done much at all in order to change any problems that were taking place. She had a purpose for being here, but to her it was so insignificant she might as well not have even been there. Although the thought of learning more about herself and her powers was an exciting one; she had to outweigh the cons with the pros. She laid down an outline in her mind of the good and bad things that have happened to her so far, trying to better understand any reason and any true concept behind the whole thing. Without the others, Jade had a difficult time trying to split all of her personal thoughts into the truths and the lies. She had never been in a situation like this, though she had been in even more difficult ones. Inside of the azure sphere, a new power is manifested. She was attempting to contact something? Perhaps she was unsure of the intent of another 'player' and in order to fix it, tried to discuss it with someone. After hearing the words that Ricardo had told her... she felt very little trust in anyone at the school. Those who she could trust, she was unwilling to. Her mind had now rested in the belief that the only way to understand was to play by the rules of the 'others'... though she was not in acceptance of taking that choice.

"Hm?" Jade notices the time and opens her eyes, the sphere disappearing from above her hands. She presses her hands against the ground and stands up onto her own two feet, a bit wobbly at first. She walks past her bed, grabbing her bag and swinging it through the air, wrapping it on the opposing side (left of her neck) with the bag itself resting on her right hip. She walks out the door of her room, turning for a second and staring at the door. "I wouldn't want another incident like this morning happening..." Jade whispers, then she extends her hand to the door and presses two fingers to it. With this, a red seal forms in the center of the door, then it fades. "Hmph..." She turns from the door and walks through the hallway, heading for her next assigned class.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jade reaches her second class, Advanced MG Control (Manipulation) just to find very few students in the classroom. She blinks with confusion for a second but walks in slowly. During class she sits in the row near the top, seemingly all in the room are spread out everywhere. The room feels oversized for the considerably small classroom. During the lessons taught in class, Jade seems to daydream, looking up towards the ceiling rather than toward the teacher. She thinks about what Ricardo said... about how you could not trust anyone. She felt that she understood this more than anyone. Her view shifts from him to the being who she had previously had a discussion with. Following orders? Jade has never been much for following rules of superiors, though she did find them beneficial in getting what you need. Before long she noticed the time and class about to end. Had she been daydreaming through the whole thing? If things were not understandable for her in this class, she could recover information easily.

As the class ends Jade stands up and grabs her information, walking out of the classroom. She thinks of making a quick transition to her next classroom to make up for not having paid attention during her second class. Jade looks at her schedule. "Intro to Psioncs?" she speaks to herself in confusion. "How did I manage to land in a class I know nothing about. Even for an introductory class it seems like you'd have to know something on the matter.." she gives up on thinking about it and makes her course set for the next class, walking through half a dozen hallways though without paying attention. She's daydreaming again. Before long, she makes it to her third class. Upon sitting down, she feels herself drifting off into another daydream. Jade's year has only just started and so far she is not making a very good start.

Sam entered his class room and saw it was mostly empty, "hey dad, do you think I can barrow one of your cars?" she assumed with all his money he had to have tons. "I want to drive around the city, I just got my licence and I don't have a car yet," she pulled her wallet out of her hand bag and took out a card with her face on it, her hair was messed and her smile looked weird. "A guest of wind blew in through the door as the camera went off and a bug flew on my nose..." Sam put the card back in her wallet and then the wallet back in her hand bag. "So what do you say? will you let me barrow a car pleeeeeeesssseee, 'll be extra careful and ware and a safety belt." She ended with a bright smile to try to butter him up.

He looked up from his reading ad listened to her when she entered, he had not known about her getting a license, or even going for the test, he held back chuckling when he saw the picture, that was quite funny though. after she finished talking he sighed, how could he say no, however he was a little worried about where she was going, and was even more unsure about her skills as a driver. He stood up and walked closer towards her,
"come on then, lets go to the garage," he told her and guided her to move with an arm, leaving his class, which it was in the middle of one, however they were in the middle of a very detailed and long "getting to know you" sheet, he would be a better teacher in a few days though, just have to adjust back into things.

Rock sits there on the street corner playing her guitar with a sad tune, the sounds made by her guitar are completely different from any sound you will ever hear from any other guitar. Its like rock herself put into a guitar form. she plays her tune ignoring the group, ignoring the money they toss by her, sitting with her back against the building her a** on the ground, her back hurting badly still.

she sings to go with the song, singing her story, the story of a girl who killed her family, it tells of her travels and her finding the school and how it became home, it tells of all homes having parents it tells of a dragon living in the 'castle school' who raised the girl, the song tells how the girl once dreamed she killed the dragon, only to wake and find it to be true, the song ends with the dragon's students and all rejecting her and locking away her powers, dumping her alone in the world, it ends after saying how she can never forgive herself for killing her father, the song ends on a low sad note, never saying how the girl turned out, only calling her a murderous girl, a monster.

any who know her and how she plays would know her voice and guitar instantly, but note the tone of the song, she has never played a sad song like this, she has sung of life and such, but never the happy bright side, but never the dark side like this, this is something that no one has heard, rocks way of mourning the loss of her only family.
