They did and you can't just make an imaginary immunity now. Nate was kinda impressed by Daken's pheromones.
I think he used them against the FF recently. You need to exclude the instances written by writers that have no clue about his powerset and when he loses a fight on purpose. Also, you need to consider that it doesn't need to stated on panel every single time he uses them.

Well, like with pheromones you gotta exclude instances written by people tha have no clue about his powerset. DD fight was PIS. Venom pwned him within a secon in another book. Symbiotes were stated multiple times to absorb all kinds of physical attacks. There's a limit ofcourse, but would take a lot more than the strength team 2 got to hurt the hosts.
Agreed. But what he's gonna do with them exactly IF he desides to use them at all is still a question.

Almost everyone in comics is vulnerable to pressure points, though. Even Colossus. We got two examples of Venom being vulnerable to them and not a single one of him showing any resistance.
