Nah he ate quasar like a light snack. Nova took him when the bands were exhausted and he was weakened by G's blast.
Beta doesn't rely solely on energy constructs like Quasar.

Hum... I doubt it. He swated nova and quasar like flies and ate quasar. Nova only got the best of him because his power reserves were depleted by shielding himself from galactus. The cosmic rod can do quite a lot too.
Annihilation made it clear that he was above top tiers. His heralds were top tiers.
i agree that annihilation put him above certain characters but his actual history and consistent showing says otherwise.
like i said already what works on one does not work on another..
a green rock or Uru monster might stop and trash one herald being and do nothing if switched to face opposite opponents...
hell, they may not even be able to put down a low end meta due to lack of versatility and power weakness exploitation
