King Arthur from what? There's countless versions of Arthur, some of which could beat that and many of which'd lose hard.

Excalibur was simply an incredibly powerful weapon. It was the scabbard that was impressive allowing him to be virtualy invincible while wearing it... But than Le Fay steals it and throws it over a cliff.

Even the scabbard isn't exactly invincibility. He could suffer wounds, he just would not bleed out and would recover from them.

So what we basically have is a legendary warrior with an unbreakable sword (who by some accounts also shined bright and could make it hard for foes to watch) who won't bleed and has a healing factor, but I think that'd still leave him outmatched by Weapon X.
