And again, this was a punch from GLADIATOR that was going to send him flying into the heart of the sun (a powerful a** punch). Basically, Green Lantern best bet is to not do anything physical to Sam or he is losing this fight. After this, he master that ability and used it against the fury which led to him STOMPING the fury which was stated as being a carbon copy of the original. None of the other xmens stood a chance except Sam and the team even had Rachel on it... someone who has possession of the phoenix force.
I agree, if lantern use the other routs that PR said, yes, he would win but if he resorts to constructs, he is losing the majority.

nothing you just posted strengthens sam's chances of beating a construct using hal. as i said, a mere bubble would be enough.

I was just proving my point that Sam can absorb kinetic energy and Sam isnt just a guy with a shield... he also have out put of power as well and he can also trap Hal in a force field or basically expand his shield enough to break through the bubble that is trapping him. I honestly think Sam indestructible shield would overcome Hal construct but thats debatable.
