those scans are to show how fast logan can counter even when struck same as how kaine ignored spider's punch to grab spidey. to similar lvl of speed difference is kaine grabs, logan pops the claws in his face to intimate not to kill him.
what scan's of kaine to you have? lets see them.

Those scans are nothing we haven't seen a million times. Kaine hit him 5 times before he could react....Wolverine basically just tackled him. There is a difference in the speed needed to pull of those 2 different maneuvers.
Wolverine popping the claws in his face means nothing though. We don't see how Wolverine got his hand around his neck in the first place, for all we know it was just a tight place thy were fighting and Spidey couldn't evade.
In this scan he moves what looks like 30 feet faster than the guy can pull the trigger to shield her from the bullet.
