Linda(Spartan from halo books) vs. Bullseye?
Both are well known for their extremely accurate shooting both rarely if ever missing, current bullseye i'm not sure of the current stats but i'm pretty sure they'd be around equal in strength with bullseye possibly being physically stronger but Linda being faster.

Metal Mario is gameplay invincible to damage; no enemies can harm him, but he's still hurt by falling damage. Not much else, really.
Link is several different bodies being reincarnated, and each tends to have different feats in addition to different equipment. So it might need to be more specific unless you mean to combine all the incarnations into one being.
If Samus isn't fully equipped does she default to current?
With the Pokemon I'll just assume you mean the fully evolved forms (aside from Pikachu), which are Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur.

The only thing that I am going to say is that people like Doctor Poloris, Doctor Light, Black Lightning... their attacks wouldnt even register to people like Nappa... let alone Frieza... it would be childs play to them whereas, these people have either soloed the entire JLA (except black lightning) or outright beaten high members of the JLA under their own power.
Nappa, Frieza, Tien, Black Hair Goku, etc... would walk through their attacks since they have basically taken FAR more without even suffering a scratch. Is these people weak, no, powerful but they are not powerful enough to even register on the weakest form of Goku's radar.
You can call it CIS, PIS, ZIS, whatever you want to call it... but you cant take away from the fact that it happened, these people outright fought and defeated people that you are trying to put against people like broly, Goku, Super Saiyan Goku, etc...
Doctor Light or Doctor Poloris wouldnt even tickle Broly and would be childsplay to someone like Nappa.

Samus will be fully equipped, and we'll use Link circa Majora's Mask. And yes on the Ash and his Pokemon.
