Both are well known for their extremely accurate shooting both rarely if ever missing, current bullseye i'm not sure of the current stats but i'm pretty sure they'd be around equal in strength with bullseye possibly being physically stronger but Linda being faster.

How about multiple stips? Akuma can go quite far into the air anyways.

But still you could have several versions of the match. He has the misogi, which comes from the sky, warping, and immense projectile power. I don't think Tony could do much on the ground.
