As you may recall I decided a while ago to start reading some of the "classics", as I felt it would be interesting.

I'm still reading "Crime and Punishment" at the moment, it heavy going at times and the language can be a little confusing but overall I'm enjoying it. Its about a poor chap called Raskolnikoff who kills a money lender and her sister to steal her money and so far he's not dealing with the guilt too well.

I've become quite involved with the story and I feel a strange empathy with the anti-hero. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I can't remember Corran, but they did have funny names like that... 😄

Hey Mech. I have to read the "classics" too. Stupid literature class...she then wants a one paragraph essay, in the exact form with every sentence correct. Not very difficult (since I don't even have to read the book because it's Lord of the Rings and I've read all of those), but still stupid.

oh...now that you mention it, i HAVE to read classics too. And mostly i HAVE to read classic books of 400-500 pages. And i HAVE to read them in a very short time.
mmm....BUT.....i mostly don't do any of that.
