Behind the Scenes
Since I still have your attention let me back-track some stuff I just posted which may actually be wrong.
Apparently those Encephalo Rays are taking a toll on me ermm
I said that Phalanx Ultron was a dead end and its experiences were down the drain after Phyla took it down. However, after paying more attention I noticed this may not be the case
Here is how it happened:

The last panel at the bottom of the first scan states: "His spirit has returned to us, from the far reaches of the cosmos", it links with the next scene where the Jocasta's talk about Ultron.
The fly in which Ultron arrived at the Infinity Mansion appeared for the first time in a scene with Quicksilver on it:

And the Avengers just arrived from Hala, the planet in which Phalanx Ultron was destroyed.

(I just saw the little bug buzzing in that last panel from the first time, what are the odds?)
Apparently that bug remained in Hala doing nothing through the whole War of Kings event.
So well, there you have it guys, don't read to fast and reread if you ever get the chance, it will save you from the humbling act of correcting yourselves.
