Thor vs a High Herald who isn't languishing in mediocrity currently.

I am starting to hate Marvel for how they are treating him. DC treats their top guns like gold but Marvel walks all over their big guns like dirt.

Marvel's choice of top gun makes little sense.

Joe Quesadilla and Co make no ****ing sense with the things they try to do 90% of the time.

I'll always pick the sensibility and stability of DC over the ADHD laden 616-verse.

And Geoff's GL aren't exactly consistent.

And it's a given that a GL is going to be inconsistent, just by the nature of their ring's power.

Normally Thor, but it's quite close, Quasar hasn't done anything that impressive lately but he would beat the U-foes.

Thor basically beat the U-Foes on his own already. If you're referring to Siege, I'm not sure Wendell or many top tiers would resist being toppled by a sucker-blitz by Sentry, and immediately followed by an all-out assault by the U-Foes, Volcana, Moonstone and Iron Patriot.

Spark of Hope? It’s a character trait of his, granted poetically written but we’ve long known of Thors history for his personal resolve, and iron will.

Anyhow the mallet impresses me more. It once again cements that Mjolnir is one of Marvel’s cream of the crop items in manipulating energy.

I cant decided which is better between Genis-Vell Nega Bands or Thors Mjolnir.
