it isn't clarified if it was an outside influence or his inner reserves of strength.

anyway it only helped him withstand Glory's attack long enough to absorb it with Mjolnir.

By the way I like how the U-foes thing is being still mentioned around here. I can immagine people using it in the next decade to dismiss thor.

Surviving his attacks was the most impressive part IMO.
The cosmic tornado could very well be just a tornado with hyped narration.

Didn't Quasar have trouble with Thunderstrike? He's always had trouble with top tier strongmen -- Gladiator was breaking through his constructs handily, it was all Quasar could do to hold him off.

no. he was having trouble with rookie eric masterson as thor. but, both were holding back neither wanting to injure one another.
