Dinah is more on Batman's level then Nightwing's IMO.

Dinah seemed to be slightly more effective against Deathstroke than Dick has been in their many fights.

that's why i like NW, it will never change and why i have a more moderate look on slade then most.

Dick. The fighting-wise push he's been getting is even higher than the one Black Canary has.

Imo, Lance > Grayson. She's had more fighting experience, trained with the best HTH fighters and considered one of top fighters in the DC universe. Dinah is place a notch above him Grayson. Shés in the same class as Bruce (Bring it on Fanboys). 😇

He stalemate her the last time they fought, and that was prior to taking up the cowl. Since becoming Batman, Dick has recieved an arbitrary skill boost, so he would likely do even better now. I think Dini has even said in an interview that Dick is as skilled as Bruce right now.

Dinah is a great fighter, but it takes more than beating Green Arrow and merely not losing to a character who's entire reputation is hearsay to make me think she could take Grayson. Sure the Silk Brothers were allegedly "Shiva level," but the fact of the matter is they couldn't beat Canary... and then all got slaughtered by their sister. Not exactly a stellar resume. I would Dick the majority pre-Battle for the Cowl, and I give him an even bigger edge now.

Ugh.. as much as I like seeing NW display his fighting skills, him stalemating or beating Deathstroke is just wrong. Slade is his superior in pretty much everything except agility.
