Sheriff Arrested Me For Concealed Weapons Charges!

I had a bench warrant for an arrest. (since 2009)

Sheriff stake out my appartment and waited for me to come home from work at 9:00AM

Handcuffed me and searched for deadly weapons. He found none. Searched and took my wallet keys pens and sat at the back of the seat of the sherrifs car.

I got taken to a county jail for misdemeanor. Got Mugshot+TB test and answered "No" to questions.

Do you feel like you need to talk to psychiatrist? Do you wanna take your own life? Are you a racist? are you a homo sexual? Do you have STD or HIV? Do you have any juvenile cases?

Fingerprinted and mugshot.

after waiting for 8 hours in holding cell(no sleep since working noc shift) along with other inmates, We changed to a prison garb (stripes for misdemeanor)

My mother bailed me out. LOL. I tried to call my workplace but they did not accept the collect call from county city jail.

Mother called my work place to call me off work.

As I returned to work today. The director of nurses and another nurse were laughing at me because they figured out that it was me who was calling from the county city jail.

i forgot the term but they have some kind of protection from other inmates. rapists get brown jail scrubs so that they seperate them from red (murderer) I think its ''protective custody?''

Now there is a Jail, that has a Unisex Pod, where it is for people who have both. Its in a different county.

not gonna resist arrest. (if you are talking about the sherrifs)

not gonna fight in jail. (the other inmates are not violent since we are in misdemeanor holding cell)

even then most states you can carry an unconcealed weapon without a permit due to the right to bear arms..

only problem is most ppl dont know it so dont do it,.. and dumb cops dont know either and probably shoot you.. but nevada and texas is a whole different thing

in my state/city a gun is the norm.. they even have regular gun commercials and due on site gun classes for concealed weapons and getting you your permit every Tuesday when you purchase a gun.. 😎 2guns

by the way i just found my gun permit in my drawer and my gun club membership..
