Oh lol.I can see the confusion. Yea with comics you have the plot and different writers make stupid things happening all the time. It isn't as linear as games and anime.
We have a ranking to help out with that.
Top tiers are like: Superman, Silver Surfer, Flash
Mid tiers are like: Iron Man, Spider-Man, Thing
Low tiers are like: Batman, Daredevil, Wolverine (proabaly sits somewhere here and mid tier).
There's more to it than that, but I hope that makes sense. You just need some common sense and you'll be fine.
That makes sense, but (even tho it is) some fanboiz might not consider Bats knockin' out Sups as bad writin'. How can you say the feat is inadmissable if it actually did happen in that paticular title's canon? And the writer didn't make it a joke panel, they wanted you to take that moment seriously. You just use common sense and excuse it cuz it's dumb?
I also live by the "real life factor" a bit, too. For example, if a man benches 180Lbs consistently, but one day benches 200Lbs but is hardly ever able to do it again. I would take the highest showin' and just say that, when he really needs too, he can bench 200Lbs. So when Wolvy takes a punch from Hulk, it phucks up my train of thought.
