Everywhere Thanos is she is, they are linked. Hence his Avatar status.
And hence why Thanos can't die and her reappearance at the end of Thanos Imperative.
It's hard to understand her true intent. But in order for Thanos to never return to her she has to ensure that he never dies.

No there not. They're linked only because she wanted too. His status as Death's avatar was only recently given back to him by Death. Phyla-Vell had that title for a time until Death deemed her unworthy of the coming task. He's not Death avatar anymore, she doesn't even want him in her realm.

He couldn't die because she wanted him to complete his task of allowing the Mar-Vell to perform the Necropsy on him. His status and immortality was given to him by her.

Obviously Nekron won't mind him working the slave pitt's in his realm. She might not want him but he's not going to end up in her realm so it does not matter.

Umm Phyla was Death Avatar while Thanos was originally dead. Waht's your point?
As long as he is the Death Avatar they are linked and as long as Thanos is rejected from returning to her side he can't die.

This fight takes place in a neutral featureless arena. No pits of Nekron's Realm just the battlefield. No BFR.
The fight is until suitable KO or Death which neither can happen to Thanos. Yet Nekron can get his heart ripped out. Whether a Death Avatar can perform the feat is speculation. But Thanos kills unkillable things.
It's what he does.

Who says he's Death's avatar anymore? He needed him for one mission only. She doesn't him anymore. The BL enslaves you. It doesn't send you to the realm of the dead; it takes the burden off of her, placing Thanos in Nekron's hand.

Lol. So he's going to kill death itself? He kills living things and immortals. Nekron is death itself, not even living. In a neutral environment, Nekron is actually present while Mistress Death isn't. If Nekron doesn't have access to his realm, then how does Thanos any link to Mistress Death and her realm? If Mistress Death can prevent him from entering her realm then Nekron can send Thanos into his realm. The person with actual dominion over death in this arena is Nekron because he's actually in this fight. They defeated Nekron through life energy. Thanos has no life energy. What good is he going to do? Power up Nekron with his Mistress' Death given powers? The guy is still just an avatar.

Sinestro destroyed death once as did the white rings. All you have to do is physically destroy the body he inhabits and he loses the thread. Did you read blackest night at all ? 😂

This Sinestro? The Sinestro that merged with the Life Entity itself? Did you read Blackest Night at all? Or are you still reading scans from forums?

Like this guy here who's failing to do so huh? You sure read BN and not scans from some forum huh? Hahahaha. Oh Quanchi.
Thanos is the equivalent of the Black Hand, just another horny death groupy. Does Thanos have the white ring? So how's he going to do anything to Nekron when the only thing capable of harming Nekron are life energy?! Lol. Go read BN and then get back to me kid.
