When Odin withdraws power from Asgard and the Asgardians, he simply taking back the portion of the Odinforce he gave to it/them...so he is still operating under his own power.

Thanos, under his own power, is a maggot compared to what Odin is capable of becoming under his own power...and Thanos is definitely nothing compared to the Celestials.

Thanos is simply beyond Odin a clone took out Odin easily. Thanos on the fly showed without even wanting his death he can take Odin's best and still be in the fight.

Thanos is more powerful and is smarter than odin. I mean the man lost to an army of ants you can't go any lower than that. odin also had an entire army backing up. He's a failure compared to Thanos.

The definition I put up perfectly fits the situation when the preceding words were not breathing which means death, sport.

Besides Thanos made that statement about not breathing...not Odin. Odin simply said he was more worthy than anticipated...

I think its clear you twist that exchange in an attempt to make Thanos out to be more than what he truly is...

I twisted nothing I took the words as they were intended. You missed it and are trying to pretend they mean something else entirely.

Odin wasnt completely under his own power when he took on the Celestials as he did have the AD, but so what?

How does that fact help Thanos as he currently is from being completely annihilated by the 2000ft Destroyer!? It doesnt...at all...Thanos wouldnt last a minute against that beast and you know this...

Heck, Thanos would lose very badly if Odin simply withdrew power from Asgard itself...

Current Thanos comes back but it's an amped Odin against current Thanos so how does this mean anything when comparing these two characters at their own respective power levels.

Thanos got owned and could have been killed...I guess that fact bothers you so much that if forces you to twist things to make your boy seem to not have been owned as badly as he was in that fight...

And thats ok as we all saw Thanos get PIMP SLAPPED and have to STAGGER to his feet against Odin...

What you say is speculation what I say is stated plain as day on panel and backed up.

The scan I posted also has Odin brace himself meaning Thanos can hurt him with his blasts. This fight if anything proves Thanos can take Odin's best without Thanos' best in return.

Nope...dont admit that at all as Odin could have killed him if he wanted to; Thanos was helpless on his arms and knees and Odin was standing close by him with Gungnir in hand...

Odin definitely could have killed Thanos if he wanted to in that situation...
