Both times when he was attacked in precise response to him de-phasing to attack. You know, not something happening when Frieza just up and blasts everything.
They have planning, he's going to start out phased and with needed people in his pocket dimension, and Frieza has no way to tell when he's phased or not.

Heck, that's perfect- Frieza blasts everything. He then can't see due to dust clouds, Madara unphases Kakashi* and puts him nearby but out of sight (probably using the ground-hiding jutsu they both have. Pair him with a Hyuga to give him coordinates and they can even do this while there's no LOS at all), Kakashi jams on kamui.

Won't work. Kamui only works on what the user sees, otherwise they wouldn't need to aim their eye in the first place. Even if a Hyuuga gave Kakashi coordinates, Kakashi would still be seeing dust and debris, not Freeza's body, ergo he would still only be warping dust.

Frieza doesn't have any way to sense where they are within giant dust clouds caused by an explosion except for the scouter, and that's a mechanical device that takes a second or two to detect stuff, much slower than his own speed.

Kamishini no Yari equals game blouses. Add Aizen or Shinji's bankai on top of that and there's just no chance of Frieza pulling through with a win here.

Frieza's favorite move for doing so, also, is the Death Ball (iirc the only move he's used for that type of thing), so redirection is a threat.

Um, no. IIRC, he has level mountains with blasts... From his mind. Random Ki blasts could accomplish this, Death Ball is used for planetary destruction.

Which means NOTHING when fighting someone who is fast enough to make you look like a statue and powerful enough to vaporise everything in a thousand mile radius.

Freeza continues blasting for ten minutes until Madara is dead, and the needed people are trapped with no escape in a pocket dimension.

Why are you assuming Freeza will be standing still?

Freeza could literally spend all but the last part of the fight flying around... AND THE NARUTO AND BLEACH CHARACTERS WOULD BE UNABLE TO SEE HIM. Then, I assume it plays off like this:

Naruto: Hey weren't we supposed to BELIEVE IT be fighting someone right now?

Ichigo: I guess not man, he must have been too scared of my ossim power to invent new powers on the spot, usually after I die.

Naruto: Yeah and he didn't wanna **** with the skillz I have that let me learn ultimate super difficult techniques in a week.

Ichigo: Yeah man we are so awes-

Sasuke: MY PARENTS ARE DEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT I WENT THROUGH!!!

It is at roughly this point when everyone's guard is down that Freeza decides to glass the continent.

Not to mention that Kamui as Blax said works on sight, Kakashi would not be able to see Freeza in the "dust cloud."

Freeza is fast enough to be unable to be perceived by the characters "fighting" him, and powerful enough to vaporise them all, even if it takes ten minutes to kill Madara.
