And why shouldn't they be allowed? Answer this for me, if a character is in the heart of an atomic bomb while it is detonating and he is stunned and he wakes up (while being in the heart of the blast) and outrace the blast without it even touching his skin, how fast is that character?

Ok, you are using thor and thanos fight as evidence of thanos taking high level hits right? That room that thanos and thor was fighting in would have been turned to dust if frieza was inside of it punching thanos. Do you want to know why, because frieza was creating nuclear explosions with his fist while fighting goku. He then proceeded at punching goku some more which sent VISIBLE shockwaves around the planet that was disintegrating rubble.
Frieza blasting power AND his punches would open up thanos shields... especially if he do a couple of hundred nuke punches in a sec on the shield along with blast that creates atomic bombs explosions. I have never seen thanos shields tank anything like it.
Then we have frieza tnking sh** that was stated as having enough power to shed the planet namek and him tanking punches that shook a planet twice the size of earth with him getting up with a smile on his face.
Thanos by no means is one shotting him and his shields would get crush and frieza punching power would drop him since thanos has never withstood punches that isn't CLOSE to what thanos can deliver.
I don't know why you are bringing up thanos speed. Thanos isn't touching frieza and surfer or anyone else that thanos has fought doesn't fight any where close to what frieza can fight at.

Your math is terrible. Their blast is more powerful than nukes if it is wiping a city clean even destroying metal. Nuclear blast leave things behind... dbz blast disintegrates EVERYTHING.

Superman is high herald, he said that nappa is a mid herald. The entire jla can surround nappa in a fighting stance and nappa could lift his hands and kill most of the members and cripple the rest. Only a couple would be ok. If that doesn't answer your question I don't know what does.
Thor has been seriously injured by less power than what nappa use as a play toy along with supes. Two hand lifting blast at super speed from nappa (and he was holding back), could possibly DROP the jla.

FAR more powerful... especially if a guy at his weakest can destroy a planet 10 times the size of earth with 1 finger.
That seems pretty powerful to me and more powerful than them as well. Then he was casually tanking attacks from a planet buster with ease. Yeah, he is above them EASILY.
