G.Rugal is basically 02 Omega Rugal souped up with Satsui No Hadou... Nothing weaker about him.

Exept for Rugal Execution, God Walk, walking speed, attack speed.... Heck, G.Rugal is simply faster in every way. The only thing that either other version that is faster is O/Rugal's Vanishing Rush...
