well thats becouse cvs system is slow .
all sf games are slow
g.rugal is fast for cvs charaters
but in normal kof games he is okay
if we talk aboit story line then okay but gameplay wise

You can up or down the gameplay speed ridiculously in CVS2....

CvsSNK2 is a very fast game. One reason I love it. SF3 is great but it is slower.

cvs2 is slow SLOW
kof characters are waterd down
only sf fans can enjoy it

Better than SNK vs Capcom 2. Adjust the speed. Also it looks good and plays well, many KOF games look old, but to each his own.

Alotta KOF characters are watered down. That is the only thing I agree with that dude on.

Although 'some' of the SNK characters are better than they have ever been.

The gameplay can be over the top in KOF, but it doesn't mean they are actually more powerful. Check MUGEN.

well svc chaos was bad
i admit but,and i like the way the kof game looks,it has some charm
sfa sprites were ugly and yet like kof they recycled it many time,
atleast snk do that better
so dont get mad.
cvs2 game engine wasnt build for fast gameplay,
sure i can speed up but thats feels sometimes even wierd

I can find someone who agrees with me, many people can. A game has to be fluid and consistent at higher speeds. Not just faster just to be faster. It runs very quickly and fluidly. Is it the fastest ever? No. Works fine though.

the only cross over of snk and cap is svc motm
is actully awesome.
anyway do you agree with me or not

I told you I think the speed works very well in the game.

the problem is that in a fast gameplay snk fighters suck at timeing
compere to cap characters and its unbalanced issue
so the only way to play with them properley is with slow speed
