She has the blade she had in the film, so it doesn't matter what quality you or I think it is. Did she cut steel with it? Does she likely have the strength to cut steel chain in her 70lbs frame and spaghetti arms?

You're just mad because your chain cutting parry failed. Screen feats only. HG cut no chains.

You're also greatly underestimating the agility of the chain that is connected to the big mace ball.

Pretty sure the "bullet dodging" was her slighty cocking(teehee) her head to the side. Do you have something that proves this to be wrong? I'm all ears.

Cos here, a slight head-cock(teehee) will only mean she might miss the ball while it's coming at her but then it ends up coming around and cracking the back of her precious little skull open, or possibly wraping around her neck. Gogo had excellent control of that thing.
