If hulk would have landed some licks, especially as many licks as zeus did, it would have taken its toll. Zeus was just a better brawler overall and again, he used lightning charged fist to slap the hulk around.

Based on this, I would say Thor. He begins with a massive strength advantage over Hulk (though Hulk could amp and likely would) and if he's actively using every power in his arsenal without Mjolnir, which includes weather control and using his innate divinity to omniblast and the like, he's getting a majority here.

Well, his punch did in fact do nothing. He managed to knock Zeus off his feet, but he struck while Zeus' back was turned.

Zeus first punch really didn't do much to hulk either BUT Hulk initial attack did make words come out of zeus mouth. If he was unphased and tanked it, he wouldn't have said anything and probably wouldn't have flown back like he did.

Even if we are to accept the "10 times strength boost" as factual, and not a typical claim filled with hyperbole (As Asgardians are wont to do) - We still see on panel evidence that Hulk can boost to these rough levels and beyond in a short period of time when he gets ticked.
I don't believe either side "stomps." I also don't believe this is a 10/10 victory for Hulk either. Thors other powers can certainly play a role and give him some victories. But Hulks level of anger and strength can also give him the victory when coupled with his amazing ability to heal.
I'm personally torn at 5/10 for both. I can see instances where it goes either way.
