First, the godblast that hit the Juggernaut was from a weakened Thor. Second, as someone stated, the godblast is a one-shot attack. Superboy Prime's punches keep coming. If SBP is going all out, the Juggernaut can't even land a single punch on him. And even if he hit him, its doubtful the punch would do much. SBP is WAAAAAY faster than anyone Juggs has ever faced. He's stronger than anyone Juggs has ever faced. And classic Juggs has been KO'ed before, despite what people are claiming. SBP would cave Juggernaut's head in.
I thought I did. Someone needs to prove to me the Juggernaut can't be physically beaten. Being KO'ed by the Thing, among others at other times, shows me that the Juggernaut can be beaten physically by guys a lot weaker than SBP, a guy whose eye beams make a hole right through superman. A guy who can fly through a 300 miles thick wall of pure willpower and then beat 32 GLs the death, and then fly through his weakness (a red sun) and beat down two Supermans, killing one, before finally being stopped. Or a guy who took on every single heavy hitter on DC earth, while weakened, and then fought and beaten down a daxamite (= to a kryptonian) with a GL ring and the Ion power. And then killed a weaken Anti-Monitor (still powerful) and then tanked everything every Guardian had until one sacrificed himself to stop him, and even that couldn't kill him. And again, none of the guys who Juggs has faced are as strong as SBP.

At the beginning of the whole fight the Thing was amped by Mephisto’s spell, but Mephisto removed the amping and the Thing that is actually KOing Juggernaut is REGULAR THING, not amped.

Now, people are always saying things like the Juggernaut cannot be physically beaten, and that he can't get tired, and that he can't be stopped, all of this is little more than hyperbole. I know of two occasions where the Juggernaut has been stopped. I know of one occasion he's been PUSHED BACKWARDS. The Juggernaut is not unstoppable. Superboy Prime is BY FAR stronger than the Juggernaut, and he's stronger than anyone the Juggernaut has ever faced. By a LOT.
