jugs can be slowed down enough for a tactical win by having a mountain dropped on his head, but sbp can just throw him into space

The reality punching thing was all him actually. The retcon punch was done when he was weakened iirc. Luthor Jr gave him an extra umph to get them out after. It is well within his ability though.

He punched through the phantom zone. Despite the fact that no one there has a corporeal form... he just hit really hard. Then he retconed beast boy's history with a "love tap".

He also rearranges planets at ftl to shift the center of the universe when he feels like it... I think that if anyone can hurt juggernaut on pure strength alone, prime would definitely be the best candidate imo.
