Only way Nova loses is if he forgets the many tools he has at his disposal to win.

Otherwise, Hulk's getting BFRed every single time.

Nova beat the Sphinx who had 2 KA stones which made him far more powerful than any Avengers team

Seriously though I posted the scans somewhere on here. Sphinx was still clearly physically more powerful, but Nova was able to close the gap just enough to pull off the win. First time he ever beat the sphincter straight up.

Nova gets seriously underrated, imo he is a potential high herald.

It was stated on panel Thor was no longer holding back but he couldn't put Hulk down so Strange BFR'd him.
Bob allowed Thor the opportunity to kill him as confirmed by Bendis, up until then he couldn't do a thing.

Maybe not nowadays but back then Nightmare on his day was pretty high on the totem pole, Mindless defeated him and was tearing his realm asunder before being exiled.

Honestly, Nova would have to fight down on Hulk's level for Hulk to beat him. Conversely, Nova might not be able to reliably put down Hulk to defeat him for the victory outside of BFR. Still, I feel this is more Rider's fight to lose than anything.

This is an easy win for Richie. He doesn't have to get close to him to gate his dumbass into space. There he can pot shot him until he starts gasping for air. Then he throws a haymaker that sends him back down planetside. Game ova!

Nova can win through battle field removal or some other indirect method but gets crushed if he relies on raw power. In short, he needs to stay far away and open a Stargate.

You know what? I think that Hulk 614 was the first time that Rider and Banner have ever had any kind of physical confrontation. I'm trying to dig around but as far as I can gather that's the first time that they've ever even shared a panel in 30+ years of continuity.

Not holding back, did you see Thor use as big a hit as he did against Void or bring out a anti force blast or even a godblast,no you didnt.

What Bob did or didnt do is irrelevant, as it was Thor who still upped his strike power.

You think just punching the Sphinx is gonna work, you act like the Onslaught feat is something special! Onslaught had no real physical feats to shout about and Hulk got knocked the f*ck out from the energy Onslaught released.
