This is the Sphinx vs Galactus after the Sphinx had just absorbed a large portion of the Nova Force from Xandar.
Now although The Sphinx ultimately lost to big G, don't think for one second that Mindless Hulk would get anything other then the Terrax treatment vs the Sphinx.
