My argument: we are mammals. Our young grow and mature from breast milk. The interjection of a MODERN idea that breastfeeding is some how wrong outside of the home, is just that: a modern idea.
Not only is it objectively wrong, it is even sillier than the idea that a human is magically ready to breed on their 18th birthday.
Additionally, the peeing and j.off in public is an apples to oranges comparison: it is unsanitary to deficate and urinate in "common" areas and food areas. I remember reading the work of one anthropologist that tracked the destruction of an early human tribe that most likely killed itself off by defacating and urinating in the same areas as thei dwellings: obviously, there is a biological need to keep those in areas separate of the "common" area. Again, a wholly objective conclusion. Nothing about that smacks of "Victorian" conservatism.
J.off in public is not quite the same as breastfeeding, either, however, one could make quite an objective case that doing that is not harmful to others occupying the "common areas." For obviously reasons, it is considered indecent to others, but that is almost entirely subjective. I have never read about their being a genetic reason humans want to keep sexual things away from stranger's eyes. However, it is common across many cultures so there very well may be a genetic reason we try to remain "private."
Finally, I see a very healthy compromise: covering up. However, that is not always a decent option while breastfeeding. Sometimes, it is very hot and that can make the baby and the mother worse-off. Sometimes, babies do not like to be covered, either...and they do not have the intellectual capacity to be reasoned with to a "cover up" compromise. Let's make it quite clear that the anti-public breastfeeders are both discriminating and being sexist.
I believe that there should be a fine for the appalling discrimination and sexism associated with public-breastfeeding. In fact, some countries DO have fines for those that try to discriminate. 🙂 It is only a matter of time before the old opressions of yesteryear are eliminated from most cultures.

We're not an early human tribe, though. All people have to do is bring baggies and sanity wipes with them when they travel. In fact defecating is more natural than breastfeeding (I'm told that everybody poops) so by the "it's natural argument" it should be even more valid of a thing to do.

do babies not get better nutritional value from baby formula than actual breast milk?
depends. in terms of like nutrients, sure, it might be better, but breastmilk has lots of antibodies and other things we can't synthesize.
the boost you get from nutrients probably doesn't make up for the lack of antibodies, and kids do just fine with breastmilk

If Men can do it, why cant Woman within a age limit.
On the one hand because they're extremely sexually arousing. On the other hand, revealing legs and belly buttons was once banned or frowned upon in western society for the same reason. I dunno. I think it may ruin the tantalizing aspects of love and sexual attraction if we reach an age where the only mysterious parts of a woman are labia and anuses. I mean Kelly Brook just did a spread where you could see her clit in a non-porno mag!
