in this instance, i think because of powerset. without hammer is something different.
no one is arguing that if thor fought smartly with his powers, that logan would stand any chance.

Fine, show Claremont depicting his blasts traveling slower than light, and I'll downgrade it from "clearly" to "possibly."
I don't want to do that. I was only going to make that point if you were going to lowball the feat.
Originally posted by Ize19Agreed. It's still just one feat.
We also have his fights with Hermes and his figt with Juvan.

It doesn't matter what speed feats he has, all he did was jump down at Thor. Tell me, who travels faster by jumping down, Quicksilver or Colossus? Neither, when you're jumping down, you're traveling at the speed of gravity.
He didn't jump down he launched himself at Thor thats why he was heading for Thor head first. You are also missing the first part of the fight, Thor was distracted and immediately neutralised the threat.

Split second is ambiguous, all it means is less than a second. How much time did Thor have? Clearly less than a second, but as to how much, we don't know. Since it's ambiguous how much warning either one had, the fact that Cyke's blast was traveling faster than the hammer means that Wolverine's feat is at the least AS good, probably better.
Good observation, if you put it that way it's a reasonable interpretation.

Does anybody else need us to prove that Wolverine taking Cl 100 hits isn't
"holding back, the hits only glancing blows, Wolverine 'rolling' with the punches or they jobbed?" Really? Cause I'll be willing to do it, if enough people on your side really don't think he can legitimately take them. Otherwise, I'll ignore this as trolling from Silent Master, cause that's what it's reading like to me.
No, I was giving them a taste of their own medicine, for proof see the several pages where they tried to find excuses why all of Thor's feats didn't count. I found it greatly amusing that using their own tactics results in them calling me a troll.
As for the topic, Thor wins. he's fast enough to hit them and strong enough for those hits to hurt.
