In terms of immediate damage, Cyclops is probably number one here. Noone is aware of his presence; he can literally just spin around blasting the city to nothing. Anyone who might report the phenomenon will be killed. It'd be a while before anyone discovered him, especially if he keeps on the move.

Gambit is another good mention simply because noone would know he did it. He could just use his time delay charges to remain secret and even toss out cards from inconspicuous locations.

Over a long period of time, they'd probably all wreak a good amount of havoc without CIS.

I would say wolverine he cannot be killed for long- he regenerates from nukes, has bullet dodging speed and can easily over throw any military or government single handedly. 10/10

Rogue. She is nigh invulnerable. She has already survived 2 nukes hitting her dead on. She has super strength, super speed and flight. She doesn't need to breathe, she has precog... etc, etc...

Rogue could possibly wipe us clean and even if a war head was shot, she has the speed feats to fly off before it hit.

But wolverine has teh adamantium 🙁

what's he gonna do? I guess he could go on a killing spree; he could probably kill a couple hundred before he gets hunted down... then he'll spend the rest of life in some underground CIA base getting experimented on.
