based on what exactly? His speech center is just a conduit for his electron manipulation, if this was say banshee vs supes then i'd concede, but since blackagar's power function on a whole different level you'd have to prove otherwise. i mean prior to the first word, how would superman even know what precise frequency (if any) to use to counter his power?

Who said anything about Thor or Surfer? they arent in this fight and iirc neither or them have tanked a scream from BB, the only instance where it was shown was retconned as being a skrull..all this supeman wankage is insane...its funny how a focalized blast of his voice was able to shatter reality (albeit thru reeds tech) and people keep downplaying him

What matters is how serious the effect of the "shattering reality" is.
Sentry I think tanked a scream...although it may have been a whisper.

I agree 100%. Let's not even include the fact that Black Bolt whisper alone even got the attention of a abstract. Thor, Surfer, Supes, or Glads isn't tanking a scream from BB... its insane to think otherwise.
Then powerwise... BlackBolt has proven that he can hold his own against people in that tier.
If he screams or decides to do it right off the bat, the fight is done.
Sentry tanked a whisper and almost pissed in his pants. No one has tanked BB power. You all are seriously underating him. Black Bolt is one of the most feared people to face in Marvel. Magneto, Hulk, Sentry, Apocalypse, and Gladiator tends to almost commit suicide thinking about the thought of facing BB in battle.
