Volcana subconsciously alters herself to give her two new forms, both with unique powers (and these still work even after Owen regains all his power)

Changes Moonstone and blocks her attack

Shows that he can phase

Creates a huge pillar of earth

An example of Owen flying

Explains to Norman Osborne that he could easily pull him apart on a genetic level

Mindrapes Osborne by rearranging molecules in his brain- reveals he basically is a telepath to some extent by ‘reading’ the molecules of someone’s brain to discover information

Repairs damage done all over the world

Restrains Samson

Stops Samson mid jump

Disintegrating/reviving/exploding Sentry

Isolates a tachyon, something meant to be impossible

Creates a full function vacuum tank out of air

Walking on air

Energy Manipulation
Transfers a tiny portion of his power into Volcana before he was transformed into a cosmic cube

Miscellaneous Powers
Seems to display some cosmic awareness/telepathy- detects Doom’s plan, something even the Beyonder didn’t notice

Creates the Cosmic Cube and transforms himself/Beyonder

Teleports to The Beyond

The Shaper of Worlds melts Volcana and Owen resurrects her

Turns back time and space to view events that happened earlier in the day, also reveals that his power automatically saved his life after Doom attacked him

Tears the Beyonder out of Kosmos

It’s pointed out by Victoria Hand that nothing has been able to destroy Owen in his entire career

Teleports the Dark Avengers


Kubik explains how Owen is potentially far more powerful than himself

Fixes Kosmos by combining her and the Beyonder

Fights
Vs Aron the Rogue Watcher (Owen is under control of the Puppet Master, and this is the last time we see him being limited by organic matter)

Vs The Void

Eh, there’s a bunch of thing wrong with this fight, seeing as Sentry somehow has more control than someone who has rebuilt an entire galaxy, yet can’t fix a small town, among other things but I digress.

And to end on a high note, Molecule Man defeats The Beyonder, warping the entire multiverse in the process

The damage this causes, gives the Time Variance Authority this much paperwork-
