She also may have been amped, and likely was.

In physical fight were elektra can amp, she beast chun li. However with out amping, elektra just does not have the amount of feats. She has only one at her current level that I know of were she was not amped or using her powers at all, but she still used superhuman speed.

Well the most uber presentation of her was that Chinese comic where they punched through reality and crap. Which is insanity, bar that though Chun Li has broken cars and tanks and can amp, so she's no pushover.
